Ok

so i've decide it to comfront my fears in the kitchen.

today i bought a box cake to make it easier for me i just wanted to skip to the fondant part, and i did it! i had to roll it up 2 times and trow it back in the pot but at the third try i kinda got it, well it was too thick so it dried up almost instantly i didnt had time to cover the whole bottom of the cake but anyways thanks god its december and i decide it to dye it neon green apple hahaha. here check out the final product...

Ok well first of all I've being thinking about making a blog about my cooking for a while now and it was about time so here it its.

Well i am 24 years old vegetarian my wife its a cheft she did go to culinary school while i just read her books.I am addicted to Food Network.

I eat, strictly vegetarian/Organic tipical lesbian stereotipe i know, i do have a cat but i dont eat tofu HA! at least not yet.
well i've being working on the vegan thing but the cheese man the cheese!
i was leaving way too far from the only health store in O'ahu now i am about 5 minutes away soo i can stick to soy, rice and almond cheeses.

i love baking and creating anything with food, i actully like it when my wife and i forget to do groceries everyother day or we wait untill too late and i have nothing to make at all.
in one of those times was when we just moved to the island and we were still used to the lifestyle in virginia we were BROKE! we only had crackers, hotdogs, marinada sauce and sweet relish in the pantry not even ketchup... so i boiled the hotdogs sliced them and placed them on the crackers topped with marinada sauce and relish on top and since them i've made that for parties as a appeticer and everyone seems to love it.
